Buyers are responsible for the customs fee upon arrival of their package if applicable(only applicable for international orders). Please be aware before placing an order.
Please contact me through e-mail if you need to change your address before it ships. Follow-ups will be sent through e-mail when the plush are ready to ship.
Once the package is shipped, I have no control of the condition of the package. I will do my best to package your items as securely as possible. Additionally, I will not be able to contact your local post office for you.
Compensation will be given for heavily damaged packages and faulty items only when provided photos as proof and buyer pay for the shipping fee.
